The AFIRM Fitness Showcase is a traveling event that brings national level tradeshow options to smaller cities. Because this is a new event and concept all together, there is a lot of information that needs to reach a very diverse audience.
SOLUTION:
This multi-page PDF was sent to attendees and exhibitors and included all of the show information for their specific location. An optional page allowed sponsors and exhibitors to make special offers or include coupons for the show. By emailing the information, we were able to cut down on shipping costs and save on paper. The PDFs contained links to the website, where registration and more information were available.
